Folks,

What is driving this renaming?  It seems like unnecessary churn that will
cause minor problems in the future.  Harder to migrate patches.  Tutorials
that talk about SUPPORTS=ORACLESPATIAL will be wrong, etc.

The header change looks fine to me.
