[mapserver-dev] Who owns the MapScript template access code?

Hi all: I'm finishing up the RFC 36 implementation and have some questions regarding accessing template processing via MapScript. That functionality works a little differently than I expected and as it sits right now bypasses my additions. Anybody real familiar with those sections of MapServer (primarily maptemplate.c)?
