[mapserver-dev] Need for strrstr function...

I believe steve means "rstrstr"  start at the back of the string and search "forward."

strstr shows up all over the place already, Steve (grep strstr *.c).
Do you mean strcasestr? I had a hankering for that one, and found it
was hardly universal.
