[mapserver-dev] Connection to Oracle Spatial 10.2.0.3

Hi,
After an Oracle database migration from 9.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.3, MapServer
can't connect anymore to Oracle. The following error message appears:
MapServer Error: Erorr in msDrawMap(): Failed to draw layer named 'myLayer'.
Error in msOracleSpatialLayerOpen(): Cannot create OCI Handlers.
Connection failure. Check the connection string.

OS: Windows 2000.

We have already tried a direct access (without service in CONNECTION,
because MapServer and Oracle are on the same machine). Sqlplus
connection works fine.

Any idea about how to solve the problem ?
