thanks! I'm sorry this wasn't done a long time ago, given the mess
that the agg building has been on some platforms.

hobu has reworked the python buidling a few days ago, I'll let him
comment on that. Not running setup.py install seems rather dangerous,
as you might be picking up another mapscript.so from your system
instead of the one you just built.
