[mapserver-dev] Final 5.6.0 release tomorrow

Hi Dev's, PSC,

Since we have not heard of any blocker related to 5.6.0-RC1 from last 
week, I think we could go ahead and produce the official release tomorrow.

I'd appreciate if everyone could give 5.6.0-rc1 a try in their 
respective environment (if you haven't done so already)... and if you 
are aware of any blocker issues then please bring them up ASAP.
