+1 for A
I think that it is important that docs get tagged with the release that
they belong to so it is easy to find the docs for past releases if
needed. I also think we should not wait for on translations and hold
things up. I do think that if more translations get done on the docs
that we should have an easy way to add those translations to trunk and
whatever needs to be done to add them to the tag and/or get them
published on the site.
