[mapserver-dev] Toronto sprint hopes and dreams

I'm interested in:

  - performance everywhere, particularly raster performance
  - one-pass query support
  - hooking templated OUTPUTFORMATs into WFS
  - improved curved label output
  - output plugin support, perhaps porting GD to that model
