[mapserver-dev] "Diagnostic"/Testing Mapfile

I've tried on a couple of occasions to put together a master cartography symbol set, font set and corresponding
mapfile, you need all three. It's such a tedious task I always find an excuse to not do it. I agree it would be a useful
testing and education tool.
