Good idea.

The 5.2.0 release was in July, so if we wanted to stick to our 6 months 
releases goal we could start the 5.4 release process in the next few 
weeks, and the Toronto code sprint could focus on the new 6.0 stuff. 
Even if there is not that much new/cool stuff for 5.4 yet, there are 
lots of small enhancements and fixes that it would be good to get out 
there now instead of waiting another 3-6 months to be ready for a 6.0 
with all the new rendering stuff.
