[mapserver-dev] Version 5.4 Branch Created...

Hi all: I've created the 5.4 branch:

  https://svn.osgeo.org/mapserver/branches/branch-5-4/

I only copied the source and msautotest directories. Wasn't sure what we were going to do with docs. Can always add it. One thing left to do is to update HISTORY.TXT in that branch once the decision between release candidate 1 or beta 4 is made (I'd favor the former). Anyway, make sure to do any last minute 5.4 changes in the trunk as well.

On to 6.0!
