[mapserver-dev] ms rfc-58:kml integration

It would be nice to have an Open Source option besides GeoServer to
serve KML out-of-the-box.  It will be interesting to see how much
control will be possible over KML styling, as so much of the
development effort when implementing a solution in that format
revolves around making the description balloon, icon styles, and
Google Earth TOC display look right.

+1 for the idea.  Could be very useful even with very basic functionality.
