[mapserver-dev] Support for large DBF/SHP files

Some readers on this list might be interested that through the FOSS4G 
WMS Benchmarking exercise it seems we may have found a good issue: all 
teams have to display a big shapefile (2.9GB DBF) and MapServer cannot 
(natively, an OGR connection does work).  The ticket is
