[mapserver-dev] Motion: Commit rights for Dan Little

Hearing no objections and many +1's, I have given Dan commit access a little bit ahead of our two day motion period in an effort to expedite his contributions at the NY sprint.

This is probably one of the few times we'll have access to his pinky fingers though...
