[mapserver-dev] RE: Motion: Commit rights to Jim Klassen (PASSED)

Thank you for all the votes of support.

I was looking over the RFCs and it appears that RFC 7.1 SVN Commit Management is the one that applies here. Given that, I have read and will follow the project's committer guidelines as written in RFC 7.1.
