[mapserver-dev] MapFile generator?

If you're looking for a mapfile editor that doesn't rely on on
mapscript, you might want to have a look at http://www.geojava.org/
it has it's own mapfile model and will let you:
- export / publish  your created mapfile
- explore your data layers
- edit and test your symbology
