Hi Howard,

The problem with the single file PDF, is that:

1) if you are on a random page and want to print it you can't
2) if you are on a random page it is not obvious that you have to get to 
the doc page download the whole PDF and find the pages in it that 
correspond to the page you had been viewing and then print that page range.

Don't get me wrong, the single page PDF is great, but it is not a 
substitute for printing one page.

Steve L. attached a change I suggested to basic.css that I think might 
fix the page print issues. I have not had time to mirror the page and 
try out the changes, but just tweaking the CSS in firebug as I indicated 
seem to do the right thing. If it does not, please let me know and I'm 
pretty sure I can come up with something that will work.
