[mapserver-dev] Motion: Adopt RFC 62 - Support Additional WFS GetFeature Output Formats

Great addition. Are there any security implications we might anticipate? None come to mind but I think that we should explicitly define a "Security Implications" section as part of all RFCs moving forward- just to make sure. I'm +1 pending the addition of such a section to the RFC.
