[mapserver-dev] MapServer BOF or Code Sprint at FOSS4G?

I started such a wiki page this evening:
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/wiki/60MigrationIssues
Several of these would be significant, but if not now then it will never happen. If 6.0 is a quality release then folks will deal with it (IMHO).

I'd suggest starting a wiki page on the subject. I began enumerating template tags I wanted to remove here:
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/wiki/60RemoveTemplateTags
I have other preferences associated with RFC 59, styles in labels (from code sprint), runtime substitution validation and CGI parameters that I'd like to add to the mix...

Thomas,
Would it be possible to list these incompatibilities here so that we can
start thinking about them, and that those who won't be on site have a
chance to comment before the code sprint?
I for sure hope this stuff can go into trunk since that's an important
part of 6.0.
