[mapserver-dev] MS RFC 68: Support for combining features from multiple layers (Call for discussion)

I've got to like the idea of having a single layer which supports clustering
(for rendering purposes), so I would be in favour of implementing both the
one layer and the 2 layer approaches in the same codebase.
