[mapserver-dev] MS RFC 69: Support for clustering of features in point layers

Hi Tamas,

I'll try to avoid the word "intimidating" ;) ... it's clear to me that 
you have put lots of thoughts in this clustering idea and in RFC-69, so 
even if I can't claim to have fully wrapped my head around all the 
implementation details, I don't feel like I have to. I am comfortable 
with this RFC and will be ready to support it when time comes.
