[mapserver-dev] MS RFC 68 - Call for vote

Dear PSC,

I did some tests in the recent days with the proposed implementation for
RFC-68 <http://www.mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-68.html> (see
mapunion.c<http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/attachment/ticket/3674/mapunion.c>for
the details), fixed a couple of issues and it is now in good condition
to call for vote on it.

I start with my +1.

Forgot to say I'll take care of adding the corresponding documentation as
well.
