[mapserver-dev] FAILS in msautotest

OUTPUTFORMAT
  DRIVER "GD/PNG"
  IMAGEMODE PC256
  ...
END

note that the GD driver only supports PC256, mapserver will switch to
AGG if you request RGB or RGBA. also note that all the other drivers
do not support PC256 (i.e. only RGB and RGBA)
