Well, there were some layers which were not queryable. So yes, you are
right, everthing works as expected. Thanks for your clarification.

However, is there a way to display some layers inside a GFI-enabled
group to manually exclude them from GFI atm?

It would be handy to have an METADATA-entry to disable GFI inside a
Layer-group for individual layers.
