[mapserver-dev] Outdated SVG doc page

Hi,

  I have created the trac bug 
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/3918 on this and cc'd you.  Offer 
to help on this is always welcomed. I have cc'd Jeff who is responsible 
for the docs so he can let you know how you can  contribute to the docs.
