[mapserver-dev] 6.0 backwards compatibility

Since we are already breaking backwards compatibility in 6.0, would
this also be the time to stop supporting the symbol-level keywords
that have been migrated to the STYLE block? namely:

GAP
PATTERN
LINECAP
LINEJOIN
LINEJOINMAXSIZE

I'm +1 on removing this support, with an explicit error message for
these keywords stating they have been moved to STYLE.
