[mapserver-dev] Improved support for (styled) dashed lines in Mapserver - RFC?

I agree the geomtransform isn't best suited for this.
Provided the current behavior of centering a symbol on a line too
short to accomodate for GAP is preserved, and given that the
enhancement brings no backwards incompatibility, I would be in favor
of adding it.
