Tom,
I copy below Stefans mail which he sent directly and not via the mailing
list.
Did you try the following metadata setting in the METADATA section of
the WEB oject (see #3602)?
"wms_bbox_extended" "true"

hello
i can't reply on mapserver-dev
>2. ResourceLocator metadata is a missing option in the mapfile
i thought resource locator always corresponds to the value of the
onlineresource (so there currently is no extra configuration option)
e.g.
"wms_onlineresource" "http://xxx"
=>
<inspire_common:ResourceLocator>
<inspire_common:URL>http://xxx</inspire_common:URL>
</inspire_common:ResourceLocator>
>3. There is no way of specifying a vocabulary attribute for keywords.
it defaults to "ISO" if you specify the "wms_inspire_keyword"
e.g.
"wms_inspire_keyword" "infoMapAccessService"
=>
<KeywordList>
<Keyword vocabulary="ISO">infoMapAccessService</Keyword>
</KeywordList>
