Hi Devs,

FYI. I'm not sure who might be following Fribidi developments, but it 
sounds like there is a new release to support Unicode 6.1.0. I don't 
know much more that what is stated below.

I actually updated it to Unicode 6.1.0 over the weekend.  I switch to git in
the process and was waiting to get the repo set up correctly.  Just 
managed to
sort everything out right now.  And made a release too:
