[mapserver-dev] 6.2 release, feature freeze, and code sprint???

I'm fine with the date also, provided the feature freeze date is set
to after rather than before the code sprint. I've finally decided to
attend the sprint (I managed to book a reasonably priced flight
yesterday), and would like to work on finishing rfc81 integration
alongside the rfc77 changes.

mapcache is ready for release. There are a few experimental features
that have trickled in in the past weeks/months, but they do not impact
stability as they are disabled by default.
