Mike,
I'm on vacation right now so we can talk more of this during the code
sprint. I don't remember the exact keyword to use in the httpd conf file,
you can have a look at the source file and the trac ticket for more info.
Basically the mapserver support in apache isn't ready yet as it requires
more work in mapserver to allow reusing a mapobj for multiple draws without
leaking memory.
