[mapserver-dev] MapServer 6.0.2 release

MapServer PSC,

I think we are overdue for a 6.0.2 release with lots of great fixes that 
have been waiting in SVN for too long already. If there are no 
objections then I'll start the process in the next few days to release a 
6.0.2 sometimes next week, before the Seattle code sprint.
