[mapserver-dev] Call for vote on RFC 75: INSPIRE view service support

RFC looks reasonable, implementation looks straightforward albeit tedious. Seems like is really doesn't impact the core so much but really acts as sophisticated pre-processing. I'll go with a +1 to get things rolling.

Frank,

many thanks for your support. To minimize possible problems I'll make
sure that at least as many tests pass in wxs after the merge than do
before. But first the RFC would need at least a second +1 from a PSC
member if I understand the guidelines correctly.
