[mapserver-dev] Multiple version support at 6.2+

ldd ~/local/bin/mapserv
   libmapserver-6.1-dev.so =>
/home/tbonfort/local/lib/libmapserver-6.1-dev.so (0x00007fbf795d1000)

the libmapserver.so library is version-numbered, but the binaries are not.
