There seems to be a problem on the server with respect to RFC-77: it is 
up to date in SVN r13163, but the website only shows r12900. I have 
asked Alan to check the server when he has a minute.

With respect to RFC-81: what's on the website is the latest revision 
from SVN which is indeed in need of an update from Thomas to reflect 
current status.
