[mapserver-dev] [TinyOWS] next release

Hi alls,

Serge and i, began to create several tickets in GitHUB 
for next TinyOWS release, including new features, and
code refactoring:

Some of you already put comments, be very welcome to go on, 
if you want to...

For TinyOWS devs, thanks to create also your own tickets 
if you plan some enhancements for this next release.

For PSC, if you feel that some entries need a more formal 
discussion (i.e an RFC), or could/should/must be harmonized
with other MS Suite component, just let it know.
