[mapserver-dev] RFC 96: Time Dimension Support in MapCache Tilesets

Hi devs,

Thomas and I, well mostly Thomas, have worked on RFC 96 to add time
dimension support in MapCache tilesets. It is available at [1] and
should soon be at [2].

What are your thoughts?
