[mapserver-dev] A evaluation of ticket 4533 resolvability

Hi,

One month ago I posted this ticket.

This ticket is important for me (but I guess also to others)
because this question deny to use correctly a layer jerarchy on an arcgis 9.3.

But firstly I need to understand how much complex is it resolvability
and if it is compliant with the
understandment of the mapserver community.
