[mapserver-dev] Tunnel and line outline renderings enhancement, comments?

+1 for change added for 6.4

I'd need to test it more to understand the offset tricks you did, but,
having another set of eyes on it is always good.  Maybe once it is ready
for testing, file a doc ticket (Even's explanation is really good).
