[mapserver-dev] RFC 91: Filter Normalization - Looking for feedback...

Hi all: Been working on an RFC to help mainly with performance issues related to WFS queries (via OGC Filters) and MapServer attribute queries. It involves marshaling MapServer logical expressions into a format native to the underlying driver (most likely a SQL snippet). MapServer expressions exist as a sequence of tokens (literals, operators, attribute bindings) and is should be possible to construct native expressions from these.

This should be relatively transparent as I see it anyway...

Updated RFC should be updated on the MapServer website any time now:
