[mapserver-dev] Show of hands for 6.4 Release

RFC 89 is done and I definitively want to push rfc94 for 6.4. It is 
mostly done, only have a few minor things to add.. just need to find 
time. I think I can do that by end of may or early june. I will 
review/close/update the tickets/RFCs at the same time.
