[mapserver-dev] libsvg-cairo / librsvg [vote]

On the librsvg licensing issue: 
After noticing that this library was noted to be dual licensed (GPL / LGPL)
in  Wikipedia <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Librsvg>   I had a look at the 
sources <https://git.gnome.org/browse/librsvg/tree/>  . And in fact there we
find both a COPYING (GPL) and a COPYING.LIB (LGPL) file.
So do you agree that librsvg can be handled like other LGPL'ed libraries
Mapserver uses?
