[mapserver-dev] msLayerEscapePropertyName() vs. msPostGISEscapeSQLParam()

Quick question, msLayerEscapePropertyName() is for escaping attribute/column names while msPostGISEscapeSQLParam() is for other strings used in building SQL statements, correct?
