[mapserver-dev] Proposal - vote on RFC 91 and beta 1 this week

Hi all: This was actually Thomas' proposal but to get the ball rolling I'll throw it out there. I'd like to call for a vote on RFC 91 with the goal of the first 7.0 beta by the end of the week (8/22). Relevant URLs are:
