[mapserver-dev] PHPmapscript with cmake on Windows

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has successfully built (or tried) to compile
PHPMapscript with cmake on Windows.  FindPHP5.cmake requires php-config
executables, which are not part of PHP on Windows (as part of their
binaries, or my own builds from source).  I am guessing that I am the
first person to try to do this on Windows.

I'm using MapServer 6.4.1
