[mapserver-dev] Escape backslashes in the mapfile string writer

Devs,

I've prepared a pull request to fix an issue in the mapfile writer to
escape backslashes.

Thomas created a fix earlier, but it didn't handle all conditions.

Let me know it it is OK to merge.
