[mapserver-dev] OGC Certification Badge

Hi Jukka,

of course more recent versions of MapServer also fully support WCS 2.0.
I just didn't have the time yet to setup and maintain an endpoint, run
the OGC tests against it, and run through the OGC processes to get the
official certification and badge.
