[mapserver-dev] OGC Certification Badge

Hi Stephan,

I do believe that recent versions are as compliant but if we would decide to advertise to our clients that we are doing good job with a certified server we would have to use the same version that received the badge. But I do not believe that we will do it if clients are not requesting it because actually it could make it harder for us to upgrade. But such requests may arise.

Do you know if they are delivering INSPIRE badges somewhere?

Hi Jukka,

of course more recent versions of MapServer also fully support WCS 2.0.
I just didn't have the time yet to setup and maintain an endpoint, run
the OGC tests against it, and run through the OGC processes to get the
official certification and badge.
