[mapserver-dev] Broken tests should be suppressed

Hi Devs,

Is that possible to disable all those failing tests from the test suite
until the corresponding issues are getting fixed? Not sure if anyone is
working on that actively, but the travis-ci test suite is broken for quite
a long time.
