Hi Umberto,

Sorry for the late reply. We really appreciate your work done for the
mapscript java bindings, I'm not sure if anyone will fill that position as
a maintainer in short term. Anyway, I'm going to take over that bug and
make sure if I can reproduce that and provide a fix if the issue still
persists.
